Which aspects do you think makes a person unique?

The list of factors that contribute to a person being unique are innumerable, although if I was to choose a single aspect, I definitely have to go with the ability to realize that we’re individuals who are as varied as dog breeds and the potential combination of these different species that result in different features, although we are vastly different because of dogs having been around approximately 30,000 years while Homo sapiens have been around ~250,000 years.
